No Physical Returns Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept physical returns. All sales are final unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement You may request a refund or free replacement if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order never arrived within the estimated timeframe

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and/or packaging
We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Approved cases will receive either a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.
Change of Mind We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
Refund Processing Time Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Eligible Cases
- Items reported after the 7-day window
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
